Sound a little scary? Blood flow restriction therapy (BFR) is SO valuable. Restricting blood flow back to the muscle while exercising restrictions oxygen return to the muscle. This makes the muscle FATIGUED and helps build strength and muscle mass with LESS weight and stress on the joint! This is one of the best services offered for gaining strength!
