Russellville Physical Therapy was established in September 2022. We aim to bring quality and personal care to each patient while providing respect and camaraderie. What's worse than being in pain? Being in pain and having to spend hours with a therapist who you don't feel like genuinely wants to help you. So, our mission is to relieve pain and improve mobility of our patients while providing an encouraging and respectful environment. We genuinely want you to be satisfied, not only with your treatment, but with the way we made you feel as a person.

Russellville Physical Therapy aims to provide effective, evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and decrease pain for the people of Russellville and the surrounding communities. Our mission is to provide a fun and encouraging environment while helping patients return to performing daily activities, sports, hobbies and work as quickly and as safe as possible. We aim to be a cost-effective resource for long-term solutions to pain and limitations for the community.
Laken, originally from Dardanelle, AR, graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2014 with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology before going to the University of Central Arkansas to obtain a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. Laken has underwent manual therapy training twice through Pearl Institute of manual therapy as well as training in BFR a
Laken, originally from Dardanelle, AR, graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2014 with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology before going to the University of Central Arkansas to obtain a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. Laken has underwent manual therapy training twice through Pearl Institute of manual therapy as well as training in BFR and dry needling. She enjoys working with all age groups and variety of diagnoses including neck and back pain and other orthopedic problems.
Wesley is from Conway, AR. He graduated from University of Central Arkansas in 2015 where he obtained his Bachelor's of Science degree while playing baseball for UCA. He then decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. Wesley worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 6 years before obtaining a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2
Wesley is from Conway, AR. He graduated from University of Central Arkansas in 2015 where he obtained his Bachelor's of Science degree while playing baseball for UCA. He then decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. Wesley worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 6 years before obtaining a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2023. Wesley has also undergone manual training through Pearl Institute of manual therapy as well as BFR training. Wesley enjoys working with various orthopedic diagnoses with interest in overhead shoulder injuries.
Becca is originally from Sheridan, AR. She graduated from University of Central Arkansas with her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2020 and continued her education there to earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2023. Becca is interested in helping people regain the strength and mobility needed to enjoy life at their full pote

Becca is interested in helping people regain the strength and mobility needed to enjoy life at their full potential! She enjoys reading, watching sports, and playing with her Golden Retriever, Tucker.
Nicki Talley is from Dardanelle, AR. She enjoys working with people and serving the community. Along with her job here as our receptionist, she plays a vital role in the River Valley Food 4 Kids program, where they ensure kids in the River Valley receive food during the summer months! Her hobbies include spending time with her kids, camping, hunting and crafting!
Laken and Wesley met and bonded over their similar passions in treating their patients with quality treatment while having fun doing it! They married in April of 2021. Soon after, Wesley decided he wanted to go back to school to obtain his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and they decided to move closer to home to pursue their dreams of owning a clinic together.
Laken and Wesley enjoy hiking, fishing, camping, watching everything Razorback, traveling, spending time with family and enjoying their two dogs, Kate and Tim.
